Voucher terms
Clear rules for GeschenkApp vouchers.
When redeeming, you can see which GeschenkApp service or price tier your voucher includes.
1. Valid voucher
A voucher can be redeemed if it is valid, has not yet been fully used or otherwise redeemed, and is intended for the service shown.
2. Code and QR
The voucher code and customer QR are used for redemption. Treat them like personal access credentials and share them only with the person who is meant to use the voucher.
3. Included service
The GeschenkApp service or price tier displayed on the voucher is decisive. After successful redemption, you will be taken to the gift ideas available for it.
4. Partial use and remaining value
Whether partial use or a remaining balance is possible is shown for the specific voucher.
